We, Marco and Martin, share an intrinsic drive to look at things holistically and think outside the box, creating real added value for both customers and companies. Another commonality—our love of Apulia—led to the business idea of NOA & JUNE.
The basis for this was a finding that we confirmed in in-depth research in order to gain certainty about it:
The vast majority of holiday properties in Puglia are built to a standard that prevents year-round use (and rental). The reasons: single-glazed windows, poor insulation, no heating, etc.
The vast majority of holiday properties on offer are furnished in a wild mix of furniture from different eras and are not exactly stylish.
We recognized a relevant gap in the market for this increasingly popular region: holiday properties that set a new standard in terms of quality and style, are usable all year round, and remain affordable.
And so the basic idea for NOA & JUNE Lodges was born: Swiss quality x Mediterranean lifestyle with soul. With soul because we integrate the culture and uniqueness of the region and its nature in a sustainable and modern way. Perfectly designed for generations.

Marco Grenz
Founder / Network ZRH & STR
Marco Grenz brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the gastronomy and hospitality sector, gained in cities such as London, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Stuttgart, and Switzerland. This extensive expertise enables him to realize projects of the highest standard and create sustainable added value. Starting in February 2025, Marco will be the local contact in Apulia, responsible for the operational management and implementation of projects. His in-depth industry knowledge and extensive network make him a key pillar of NOA & JUNE's success.
Martin Samsel
Founder / Marketing & Strategy
Martin Samsel is Managing Director in Switzerland and responsible for Marketing and Strategy at NOA & JUNE. After completing his studies, he began his career at the best creative agencies in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich, and Zurich. From junior positions to management, he gained extensive experience in brand development and strategic planning. With this expertise, Martin strengthens the NOA & JUNE brand and drives its growth, offering investors a clear, future-oriented strategy.
